Mary-Jane is an authentic, values driven leader with more than 25 years experience in senior leadership in health, community, aged care and disability services. A seasoned Chief Executive Officer and Board Chairperson, Mary-Jane is passionate about advocacy and leading teams to achieve a positive and longstanding impact in the community. After completing a Bachelor of Applied Science and starting her career in allied health, she has a Masters in Health Service Management, Graduate Certificates in Leadership and Business Management and is a Fellow of the Australasian College for Health Service Management and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Mary-Jane is a transformation expert, focussed on creating thriving organisations whilst working with people to innovate and deliver quality, person-centred services that make a genuine difference in people’s lives.
